Evaluation Call

We’ll evaluate whether this is the best solution for you during our initial call, based on where and for what roles you want to hire. From there, we can either more forward or make a recommendation for an alternative solution.
Proposal

Once we have verified that this solution is suitable for your needs we will send you a proposal which outlines the costs, what is included in the service and a detailed outline of the timeline and documentation we need from you to proceed.
Document Intake

We'll request several documents to get started.  The specific documents vary by country, but common examples include the Certificate of Incorporation, a VAT certificate, and a Power of Attorney for social security representation
Information Processing

We’ll process all of the documentation with the relevant authorities. Time for completion of this step may vary and is highly dependent on how quickly you provide the required documents. In some countries the employees can already start working while we process this.
Hiring Power Established

At this stage, you're now officially an employer in the local market, allowing you to hire and expand your team in these countries. We'll collect the necessary employee details for onboarding and establish the payroll date.
Ongoing Payroll

We’ll be managing monthly payroll and payslip processing for each of your employees. We will also be informing you of income tax withholding and social security contributions so payments can be made to the local authorities within deadlines, on a monthly or quarterly basis.
